In order to use Subscription Content produced by the Artesnaut Management Team, you must accept the terms of this Agreement.
Certain terms used in this Agreement shall correspond to the following definitions:
“Subscription Content” or “the Content” refers to a paid service available within the Service provided to the user by the Management Team. “We” or “Management Team” refers to the Artesnaut Management Team.
Users who wish to use the Subscription Content must apply by the method determined by the Management Team after willfully accepting the terms of this agreement. Upon application, the user must provide the necessary information on the appropriate screen and in the appropriate format as determined by the Management Team. We will review the application as necessary in order to establish the user’s subscription. In the event the application is accepted, the user shall be notified that the application process was completed, and the Subscription Content will be accessible starting from the time of transmission of said notification. The application may not be accepted in cases where there is an issue with the user’s credit card, the user has previously violated the Agreement, We find reason to believe the user is liable to violate the Agreement, or We discover other relevant abuse.
The Subscription Content shall be displayed within the Service.
Subscription Content may be altered in part or in full for any reason at any time. Content may be added, removed, canceled, or terminated. (Henceforth referred to as “Changes”.) The Management Team bears no responsibility for any loss or damages suffered by the user as a result of Changes to the Subscription Content.
The user of the Subscription Content shall pay the subscription fee displayed in the Service by the prescribed due date. Payment shall be made by means of credit card or other payment method. Payment for the current month shall be made in full even in the event the user’s subscription was established, cancelled, suspended, or terminated in the middle of the month. The user acknowledges that under no circumstances will the usage fee be refunded or prorated based on the number of days subscribed. The user acknowledges that no receipts will be issued for the usage fee or any other payment. The user will be notified in advance of any changes to the usage fee. If the user does not accept the changes, a request to cancel the subscription must be made within the designated time period. Failure to submit such a request during said period will constitute acceptance of the changes.
In the event the user has not paid the subscription fee by the day following the due date, the user shall pay the fee plus interest calculated at an annual rate of 14.6% from the day following the due date until payment is made via the specified method. Any transaction fees and other expenses incurred shall be the sole responsibility of the user.
The user acknowledges that, notwithstanding the provisions of the Privacy Policy, personal information may be released to the credit card company or similar organization in cases where the Management Team has reasonably deemed it necessary for the purposes of identifying user liability and payment/debt collection. The user acknowledges that an organization contracted by the Management Team to manage the user’s personal information will store the user’s credit card information and related information for the purpose of billing for the Subscription Content.
If the user wishes to cancel their subscription to the Content, they must complete the designated cancellation procedure. If the user wishes to delete their account for the Service and the Terms of Service Agreement for the Service is terminated, this Agreement will also be terminated. Even if the subscription is cancelled in the middle of a month, the usage fee for that month shall be paid in full, as stated in Article 5.
